Refund policy


I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to return it.

Returns are only possible if the packaging and painting are in the same condition as in which they were delivered.

You have to keep a proof of dispatch.

The shipping costs for returning a product come at your expense, unless there is a damaged painting.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the painting is damaged, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Commission pieces cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific painting.


Once the return is received and inspected by me, I will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, I will make a full refund on the account number as indicated by you as soon as possible. Yet no later than within the legal term of 30 days.
